Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes
**Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
**Directions:
- Wash and thinly slice the potatoes (no need to peel).
- Toss slices in a bowl with olive oil, garlic granules, mixed herbs, and salt.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
