Ingredients :

2 cups of baby green salad
2 fresh peaches, slashed
1/8 cup finely sliced red onion
4 cups of mixed fruit (cherries, blackberries, strawberries), peeled and sliced
1/4 cup salted pistachios
Fresh basil leaves
8 oz burrata cheese ball
Sea salt and fresh black pepper.
Olive oil or olive oil infused with lemon Mey

Instructions :
