Cajun Chicken with Mustard Cream Sauce
Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Mustard Cream Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Chicken: In a shallow dish, combine the Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Tips:
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Cajun seasoning.
