Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional for sweetness)
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Butter lettuce leaves (for wraps)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- Thai chili sauce (for drizzle)
- Crushed peanuts & cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 min.
2️⃣ Add ground chicken, cook until browned. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin (if using), and chili flakes.
3️⃣ Simmer until flavors combine and mixture thickens slightly.
4️⃣ Spoon into lettuce leaves, top with carrots, green onions, Thai chili sauce, peanuts & cilantro.
5️⃣ Fold & devour!
