Greek Tzatziki Sauce: Refreshing, Light, and Ready in Minutes 🍋🥒
▪️Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh dill (or a bit of dried dill)
Salt and pepper to taste
▪️Instructions:
Place the grated cucumber in a clean cloth and squeeze out the excess water.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and dill.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve chilled as a dip with pita bread, in wraps, salads, or with meat dishes.
