Pear and Gorgonzola Flatbread 🍐🍞
**Ingredients:
- 1 flatbread
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for meltiness)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Fresh arugula or baby greens (for topping)
- Honey (for drizzling)
- Black pepper to taste
**Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Assemble Flatbread: Brush flatbread with olive oil. Layer with pear slices, Gorgonzola, and mozzarella (if using).
- Bake: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Top & Serve: Remove from oven, top with arugula, a light drizzle of honey, and a pinch of black pepper.
