Refreshing Parsley Herbal Infusion πΏπ
A light, refreshing herbal drink made with fresh parsley, lemon, and ginger. It’s hydrating and packed with vitamins, making it a great beverage to enjoy throughout the day.
Ingredients
1 large bunch fresh parsley, washed
4 cups (1 liter) water
1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced (optional)
1 lemon, sliced
1β2 teaspoons honey (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Bring the water to a gentle boil.
Add the parsley and ginger (if using).
Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat, cover, and let steep for 10β15 minutes.
Strain the infusion into a pitcher.
Stir in the lemon slices and honey, if desired.
Chill in the refrigerator or serve warm.
Serving
Serve over ice for a refreshing cold drink, or enjoy it warm.
Garnish with extra parsley or a lemon slice if desired.
