2-Minute Strawberry Yogurt Dessert
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers or granola (optional, for crunch)
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Wash, hull, and dice the strawberries.
In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold half of the strawberries into the yogurt mixture.
Divide the mixture between two serving glasses or bowls.
Top with the remaining strawberries.
Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or granola for added crunch, if desired.
Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.
Optional Add-Ins
Blueberries or raspberries
Chia seeds or flaxseed
Sliced almonds or chopped pistachios
Shredded coconut
Mini chocolate chips
Tip: For a thicker, ice cream-like dessert, freeze the yogurt for 20–30 minutes before mixing with the strawberries. If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw for a few minutes first to make blending easier.
