🍫 Keto Greek Yogurt Brownies
Fudgy, chocolatey, and naturally lower in carbs—these brownies use Greek yogurt for a rich, moist texture without all the added sugar.
đź›’ Ingredients
1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
1/3 cup granulated keto sweetener, such as erythritol or monk-fruit blend
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans, optional
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, keto sweetener, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Add cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir just until combined—don’t overmix.
Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips and nuts, if using.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 18–23 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft. Don’t overbake if you want fudgy brownies.
Cool completely in the pan. For extra-fudgy texture, refrigerate for 1–2 hours before slicing.
