🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Fluff
Creamy, strawberry-packed, and cheesecake-inspired, this easy protein fluff makes a delicious high-protein dessert or snack.
🛒 Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1–1½ cups fresh strawberries, diced
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp instant cheesecake pudding mix, optional, for extra cheesecake flavor
4–6 graham crackers, crushed
2 tbsp whipped cream, for topping
Extra strawberries, for garnish
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Blend the base: Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, and cheesecake pudding mix (if using) to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Add strawberries: Add about ¾ cup of the diced strawberries and pulse a few times, leaving some small strawberry pieces throughout.
Sweeten: Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend briefly to combine.
Fold in fruit: Gently fold in the remaining diced strawberries.
Add graham crackers: Crush the graham crackers. Spoon a little into the bottom of each jar or serving cup, then add the strawberry cheesecake fluff. You can also sprinkle graham cracker crumbs between layers.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors come together and the mixture thicken.
Serve: Top with a spoonful of whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
🍓 Optional Cheesecake Topping
Mix 2 tbsp Greek yogurt + 1 tbsp softened cream cheese + ½ tsp vanilla + 1 tsp honey until smooth, then add a small dollop on top of each serving.
Tip: For an even thicker, mousse-like texture, refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated and enjoy within about 2–3 days.
