🛒 Ingredients
Fresh Fruit
🍓 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
🫐 1½ cups blueberries
🥝 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
🍍 2 cups pineapple chunks
🥭 2 cups mango chunks
🍇 1½ cups green grapes, halved
❤️ 1 cup fresh raspberries
Creamy Layer
🥛 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt or whipped cream
🍯 2 tablespoons honey
Optional garnish
Extra whipped cream
Fresh berries
Kiwi and mango slices
Mint leaves
👩🍳 Instructions
Prepare the fruit: Wash all fruit thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi, cube the mango, and halve the grapes. Pat the fruit dry so the trifle doesn’t become watery.
Make the creamy mixture: If using Greek yogurt, stir it together with the honey until smooth. If using whipped cream, gently fold the honey into the whipped cream.
Start layering: In a large trifle bowl, arrange a layer of strawberries, followed by mango, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, and blueberries.
Add cream: Spoon a layer of the vanilla yogurt or whipped cream over the fruit.
Repeat: Continue alternating fruit and creamy layers until the bowl is full. Try to arrange the fruit against the sides of the bowl for a beautiful layered appearance.
Finish the top: Add a generous layer of whipped cream or yogurt. Garnish with raspberries, kiwi, mango, blueberries, and a few strawberries.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.
🍓 Tips
For the best texture, assemble the trifle the same day you plan to serve it.
Drain pineapple very well if using canned pineapple.
For a richer dessert, use whipped cream mixed with a little vanilla extract.
For extra crunch, sprinkle chopped toasted almonds, coconut, or granola between the layers.
