Blueberry Fluff with Greek Yogurt
This light, creamy, and fluffy dessert is packed with blueberry flavor and comes together in just a few minutes. It’s perfect as a dessert, snack, or brunch side.
Ingredients
2 cups (500 g) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1 package (96 g/3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), plus extra for serving
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey or powdered sugar (optional, if using plain yogurt)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, dry vanilla pudding mix, and vanilla extract until smooth and thick.
Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
Gently stir in the blueberries and mini marshmallows.
Taste and add honey or powdered sugar if you’d like it a little sweeter.
Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the marshmallows to soften.
Spoon into serving bowls and top with an extra dollop of whipped topping and a few fresh blueberries.

Tips
For the best texture, chill before serving.
Frozen blueberries can be used, but thaw and drain them well first.
