Oven-Baked 3-Ingredient Crescent Brie Bites
Ingredients
1 (8 oz/225 g) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 oz (225 g) Brie cheese, cut into 24 small cubes
¼ cup raspberry, apricot, or cranberry jam
Optional Garnishes
Chopped pecans or walnuts
Fresh thyme or rosemary
Honey drizzle
Fresh cranberries (for holiday presentation)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan or line it with mini paper liners.
Unroll the crescent dough and pinch the seams together. Cut the dough into 24 equal squares.
Press one dough square into each mini muffin cup.
Place one cube of Brie into each dough cup.
Top each with about ½ teaspoon of your favorite jam.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the Brie is melted.
Let the bites cool in the pan for 3–5 minutes before removing.
Garnish with chopped nuts, fresh herbs, or a drizzle of honey if desired. Serve warm.
Tips
Use cold Brie for easier cutting.
Any fruit preserves work well, including fig, cherry, or blackberry.
These are best served fresh while the cheese is warm and gooey, but they can be reheated in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5–7 minutes.
