Frost Bite Protein Ice Fluff (Zero-Carb Vanilla)
Ingredients
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup cold water
1 scoop (about 30 g) zero-carb vanilla whey protein isolate
¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zero-carb sweetener to taste (optional, such as stevia or monk fruit)
Instructions
Add the ice and cold water to a high-powered blender.
Blend until the ice is finely crushed.
Add the vanilla protein powder, xanthan gum, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using).
Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until the mixture becomes thick, fluffy, and doubles in volume.
If it’s too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of cold water. If it’s too thin, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
Serve immediately for the best light and fluffy texture.
Optional Zero-Carb Flavor Variations
Add ½ teaspoon cinnamon for a vanilla-cinnamon fluff.
Mix in a few drops of sugar-free caramel or butter extract.
Sprinkle with a little unsweetened cocoa powder for a vanilla-chocolate twist (note that cocoa powder adds a very small amount of carbs).
