Ingredients
1 cup (240 g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
½ cup (120 g) low-fat cottage cheese
1 scoop (25–30 g) vanilla protein powder
2 oz (60 g) light cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix (optional, for extra cheesecake flavor)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1–2 teaspoons honey or your preferred sweetener (optional)
½ cup fresh raspberries, plus extra for garnish
2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers or crushed low-carb cookies (optional topping)
Instructions
Blend the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese, protein powder, vanilla, and pudding mix (if using) until completely smooth and fluffy.
Taste and add honey or your preferred sweetener if desired.
Gently fold in half of the raspberries, leaving some whole for bursts of flavor.
Spoon the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
Top with the remaining raspberries and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers or low-carb cookies, if desired.
Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving for the best cheesecake-like texture.
