Pepperoni Pizza Biscuit Bombs

🍕🧀 Pepperoni Pizza Biscuit Bombs
Golden, buttery biscuit bombs stuffed with gooey mozzarella, savory pepperoni, and pizza sauce—perfect for parties, game day, or a quick family snack!
Ingredients
1 can Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers biscuits (8-count)
1 cup Ragu Pizza Sauce
2 cups Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package Hormel pepperoni slices
2–3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried parsley
Optional: 2 tbsp grated Kraft Parmesan cheese
Extra Ragu Pizza Sauce, for dipping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a 4–5 inch circle.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into the center of each biscuit.
Add a small handful of mozzarella cheese and 3–4 pepperoni slices.
Carefully pull the edges of the biscuit up around the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if using.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving, as the filling will be very hot.
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Tips
Add cooked sausage, bacon, mushrooms, or bell peppers for extra flavor.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley after baking.
For a spicy kick, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
