Pineapple Bake
Ingredients
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Butter or nonstick cooking spray, for greasing the baking dish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the pineapple bake cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Serve warm on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Top with whipped cream or a sprinkle of toasted coconut for extra flavor.
