Cheesy Sausage Biscuit Bites
These cheesy, savory biscuit bites are perfect for breakfast, brunch, parties, or a quick snack. They’re golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with sausage and melted cheese.
Ingredients
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
8 oz breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease and let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, cream cheese (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the sausage mixture in the center of each biscuit.
Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the seams tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball.
Arrange the biscuit bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the biscuit bites are puffed and golden brown.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Optional Garlic Butter
Mix:
2 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
