Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin 🍯🥩
🛒 Ingredients:
2 pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs / 900g)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
4 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the pork tenderloins with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet and sear the pork for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
Pour the sauce over the pork and coat evenly.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Spoon the remaining sauce over the top.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
