Creamy Pecan Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients
2 packages (8 oz/225 g each) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (115 g) butter, softened
1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
Gradually beat in the powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
Mix in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Fold in the chopped toasted pecans.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
