Ginger & Clove Wellness Tea
Ingredients
2-inch (5 cm) piece fresh ginger, sliced or grated
4–6 whole cloves
2 cups (500 ml) water
1–2 teaspoons honey (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
1 cinnamon stick (optional)
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the ginger, cloves, and cinnamon stick (if using).
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain the tea into a mug.
Stir in the honey and lemon juice, if desired.
Serve warm.
