3-Ingredient Lemon Bars
Ingredients
1 box (about 15.25 oz/432 g) lemon cake mix
1 (21 oz/595 g) can lemon pie filling
2 large eggs
Optional for serving:
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, lemon pie filling, and eggs. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set. A toothpick inserted near the center should come out mostly clean.
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan.
Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, then slice into squares and serve.
Tips
Chill the bars for 1–2 hours before cutting for cleaner slices.
Serve with whipped cream or fresh berries for an extra-special dessert.
