Slow Cooker Honey-Glazed Ham
Ingredients
1 fully cooked spiral-cut ham (6–8 lb / 2.7–3.6 kg)
½ cup honey
½ cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup maple syrup (optional, for extra richness)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray or lightly grease it.
Place the ham cut-side down in the slow cooker. If needed, trim or wrap the top with foil so the lid fits.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves.
Pour the glaze evenly over the ham. Dot the top with the butter.
Cover and cook on Low for 4–5 hours (or until heated through). Baste the ham with the glaze every hour if possible.
Carefully transfer the ham to a serving platter.
Pour the cooking juices into a saucepan and simmer for 8–10 minutes until slightly thickened.
Brush or drizzle the thickened glaze over the sliced ham before serving.
