Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
2 packages (8 oz/225 g each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2–3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced (remove seeds for a milder dip)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in the sour cream and mayonnaise until well combined.
Stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan, jalapeños, green onions, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and parsley (if using). Taste and add salt if needed.
Spread the mixture evenly into a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
Let the dip cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Optional Topping
Sprinkle with extra cheddar cheese, sliced jalapeños, chopped green onions, or crispy bacon bits before baking.
