🥓 Ham Pembroke Bombs
Ingredients
For the bombs:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
8 slices deli ham
8 cubes mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional:
1 tbsp finely chopped green onions
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Marinara sauce or ranch dressing, for dipping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the biscuits: Separate the biscuit dough and gently flatten each piece into a circle.
Fill: Place a slice of ham in the center of each biscuit. Add one cube of cheese and a little green onion or red pepper flakes if desired.
Seal the bombs: Fold the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch the edges firmly to completely seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Make the garlic butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder, parsley, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
Brush: Generously brush the tops of each dough ball with the garlic-butter mixture.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. If they brown too quickly, loosely cover with foil for the last few minutes.
Finish: Brush with a little more garlic butter immediately after removing them from the oven.
Serve hot with marinara, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
