Tropical Sunshine Fruit Juice

🍊🍍 Tropical Sunshine Fruit Juice
A bright, naturally sweet tropical drink made with fresh oranges, pineapple, mango, and mandarins. Perfect chilled for breakfast, brunch, or a summer gathering!
🛒 Ingredients
Makes about 6–8 servings
4 large oranges, peeled
3 mandarins or clementines, peeled
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
2 cups ripe mango chunks
1½ cups orange juice, preferably fresh
1 cup pineapple juice
½–1 cup cold water, as needed
1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar, optional
1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice, optional
Ice, for serving
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Prepare the fruit: Peel the oranges and mandarins. Remove any seeds. Cut the pineapple and mango into chunks.
Blend: Add the oranges, mandarins, pineapple, mango, orange juice, and pineapple juice to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Adjust the consistency: Add cold water a little at a time until the juice reaches your preferred consistency.
Sweeten if needed: Taste and add honey or sugar only if the fruit isn’t sweet enough. Add lemon or lime juice for a little brightness.
Strain (optional): For a smoother juice, pour through a fine-mesh strainer. If you like a thicker, pulpy drink, leave it unstrained.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or serve immediately over plenty of ice.
Serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge, orange slice, or mango piece.
🍹 For Bottling
Pour the finished juice into clean, airtight bottles and refrigerate. Shake well before serving, since the natural fruit pulp will settle.
Tip: For an extra-tropical version, replace ½ cup of the water with coconut water.
