🥩 Crockpot Steak Bites
Tender, juicy steak bites slow-cooked in a rich garlic-butter sauce—easy comfort food with minimal effort!
Ingredients
2 lbs beef sirloin or chuck steak, cut into 1½-inch cubes
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt, or to taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Prepare the beef: Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Optional sear: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil. Sear the steak bites in batches for 1–2 minutes per side. This adds extra flavor.
Load the crockpot: Place the steak, sliced onion, and minced garlic into the slow cooker.
Add the sauce: Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Add the butter on top.
Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2½–3½ hours, until the beef is tender.
Finish: Stir everything together and taste for seasoning. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve: Spoon the steak bites and buttery juices over mashed potatoes, rice, egg noodles, or roasted vegetables.
