🥪 Cranberry Ham & Swiss Biscuit Sliders
Ingredients
- 12 soft slider biscuits or Hawaiian-style rolls
- ¾ lb sliced deli ham
- 6–8 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp poppy seeds, optional
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the rolls: Without separating the individual rolls, slice the entire package horizontally in half. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Layer the filling: Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the bottom. Layer the ham over the cranberry sauce, then arrange the Swiss cheese on top.
- Top the sliders: Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
- Make the butter topping: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, poppy seeds, dried parsley, and a pinch of salt.
- Brush: Pour or brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the biscuits.
- Bake: Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Rest and serve: Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes, then cut apart and serve warm.

⭐ Tip
For the best flavor, use a tart whole-berry cranberry sauce. The cranberry’s sweetness and acidity balance the salty ham and nutty Swiss cheese beautifully.
